Product Introduction
The valve-controlled integrated flow meter is a high-end integrated flow instrument that integrates flow measurement, valve control, and signal transmission. Working principle
Valve-regulated ultrasonic flowmeter
Using the ultrasonic time difference measurement principle, the flow rate and flow rate are accurately calculated by measuring the time difference between the propagation time of ultrasonic signals in the fluid with and against the current. Measurement pipe sections, sensors, transmission units, and control valves are highly integrated, enabling on-site installation in one step, significantly shortening construction cycles and reducing system complexity.
Valve-regulated electromagnetic flowmeter
Based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, when a conductive liquid flows through the measuring tube, it induces a voltage signal proportional to the flow rate, which is converted into a flow value by a high-precision processing unit. Highly integrated sensors, transmitters, control valves, and display units reduce pipeline joints and lower leakage risks.

Power supply and battery life
Powered by a built-in high-performance battery, specially designed for well-electric dual control, remote machine wells without electricity, and farmland irrigation scenarios. Intelligent low-power hibernation operation, with sleep power consumption reduced to the μA level, and typical scenario battery life can reach 2-3 years. Supports offline data caching and uploading, ensuring data loss and full traceability.
Remote monitoring platform
Supports remote real-time monitoring via mobile phone, remote control, intelligent alarms, and dual-control closed-loop management of well and electricity. Real-time viewing of equipment status, water and electricity data, supports mobile phone timing, quantitative control, automatic over-limit locking, abnormal automatic reminders, or valve closure.
